If you hate the Grand Concourse, here's a different way to get up to the top of the Bronx to start a ride to Westchester.  Route ends at public restrooms in corner of Van Cortlandt Park at Gun Hill Rd. & Jerome Ave.  Continue up Jerome to Woodlawn stop of #4 train to meet people, or just continue onto one of your favorate Westchester routes.
