Submit A Ride To Be Listed On The New York Cycle Club Ride Calendar
Rides may be submitted up to the day of the ride. They will be posted in the Current Rides link once the Ride Coordinator approves the ride.
Before you submit a ride, please review the Ride Leader Information and be aware of the requirements for printing your roster + filing incident reports (if applicable)
The minimum number of riders per leader is normally four (4). The Ride Coordinators have the discretion to request that the number of co-leaders be reduced for rides with limited participant spots. This will help maintain a fair and appropriate standard of responsibility for achieving Ride Leader credit within the NYCC incentive program.
Larger group rides such as the All Class Ride, and special rides such as leader training rides, willl be reviewed on a case by case basis.
New Train Request Process
The NYCC has introduced a new Train Reservation form to help streamline the process for reserving New Jersey Transit, Metro North and Long Island Railroad cars for NYC rides.
If your ride includes the use of a train you must also complete a Train Request here once the ride is created. This link will be included in your confirmation email as well.
Metro North and NJ Transit requests must be submitted by Sunday night at 6PM for the weekend following. Large groups should submit earlier.
