Cue sheet starts in the Bronx at the end of the #6 subway.  There's a good stretch of US Rte. 1 early in the ride, but then the route mostly avoids busy roads and sometimes hugs the coast.  It's pretty flat.

Original cue sheet includes a route from Lower Manhattan to Pelham Bay Park, links to lunch venues, cue sheet abbreviations and return rail schedule on Metro North from New Haven, but please check current timetable.
