Gil: "I found this off-the-radar food co-op that specializes in natural and organic foods and thought 'what a perfect destination for a ride!" The food spans anything a normal supermarket has to scones, croissants, gluten-free donuts, oatmeal, soups, hot wraps (I had a tasty black bean, avocado, cheese wrap), burgers etc.
To get there and back we will ride through some less traveled yet picturesque parts of Upper Saddle River, Mahwah, Chestnut Ridge and Montvale. Total climbing is a moderate ~3100 feet."
There is a lunch stop at the co-op at mile 30, with two optional fluid stops at miles 11 and 46, on the cue sheet.
