Take the Greenway up the Hudson, cross the bridge, then follow River Rd. along the Hudson farther north.  Descend 9W, ride through Piermont to Nyack and back to Piermont (or skip Nyack if you're running late), pick up lunch and picnic by the Hudson at the Piermont town gazebo.  Then return down Piermont Rd. (Rte. 501) and climb Churchill to get back to the bridge.
