This ride provides a relatively flat approach to the hills including Hogback, Arden Valley, and Perkins. There are two rest stops with restroom facilities including Colonial Deli on Saddle River. This route takes a minor bypass around Skyline Drive.

Metro North return from Garrison. Bike pass needed for train. Check time tables for return as original cue sheet is old. It also starts from the Boathouse in Central Park while the RWGPS cue sheet and route starts on the NJ side of the GW Bridge.
