Ken's notes:

This route has the nickname East Side Zipper because it alternates up the bridges on the east side of Manhattan.  Ride starts on the iconic Brooklyn Bridge, then Manhattan, Williamsburg and Queensboro.  Next stop is on beautiful Randalls Island then up the Harlem river with 5 more bridges.  There 12 river crossing in all with lots of fantastic views.

Best to study route on map beforehand as there are many turns and viewpoints.

This is not a fast 41 miles.

Work at Carl Schurz Park on the East River Esplanade in progress. When complete, the return south will be simpler than the current cue sheet.

Please report any issues with details of route.
